Made from a single vineyard dry land farmed bush vine vineyard planted in 1965 on the Paardebosch farm, where we are based. This vineyard is planted in the typical decomposed granite soils of the Paardeberg.
Wholebunch skin contact for seven days, before being pressed to stainless steel and then racked to an old 300 L French oak barrel to mature until the next vintage. No enzymes, acid, yeast, nutrients added and we focus on minimal intervention.
