Dalla Cia Classico 2016:
Tasting Notes: Classico has an intense ruby colour and a gentle bouquet of sweet blueberry, cassis, cherry and a hint of spiced cedar-wood. On the palete it delivers a well structured and velvity mouth feel with a soft, elegant, lingering aftertaste. Great aging potential.
Soil type: Alluvial soil with clay subsoil.
Vilification: After malolactic fermentaion, the wine, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was matured in 70% new and 30% second filled French oak barrels for 18 months.
Analysis: Alcohol 14,5% vol. Total acidity 5.47 g/l pH 3.48.
Ideal serving temperature: 16C – 18C.
